Color you're living in the mind:
A separation from 'care', where it's more lived on the surface/outside yet not really 'as' oneself, in and as the totality of oneself. There's actually a 'coldness' and 'detachedness' on the inside. Where 'care' is defined and seen as something one 'must' exhibit and express, like a personality expression. Where that 'care' as personality design actually becomes a suppression of self and a point wherein one doesn't accept oneself. Where, the more one participates in the 'positive' experience/personality of 'care', the more one actually feels negative and diminished within oneself. In fact there is a sort of resignation of oneself within the belief and conviction that 'this is just how it has to be', as a total acceptance of that self-diminishment. A part of who/how one has accepted and allowed oneself to be that one is not willing to change.Support Color:
Seeing everything as a system as in seeing the constructs behind and within and as everything. Having such a level of understanding of how one's reality is constructed that one cannot be influenced by feelings or emotions, as one realizes that emotions or feelings are pretty much just wastes of time and if anything just distractions from what matters and what's real. Being very much focused on 'doing', as in realizing that what matters is 'doing', not 'feeling' - and that you can be more yourself within just 'doing' without there being any feelings or emotions involved. You can be more straightforward and 'uncut' and real. Also understanding that whenever something is defined within a feeling or emotion, one is simply not seeing how everything is a system and that one simply needs to walk a process of understanding ones reality to be able to let go of the emotion or feeling.for instance with the 'care' point, where it's something that's causing this internal conflict, to realize that the internal conflict is more because there is just something you're not yet 'understanding'. And that basically you'd need to just write about the point to assist and support yourself with developing such an understanding of what's going on that you see exactly how to move and direct yourself, wherein there exist just that point of having clarity and it's not 'muddled' by feeling experiences.
So essentially the point would be to assist and support yourself more when it comes to developing 'understanding' of those things that are still 'plaguing' you.

mind polarity opposite: Worrying about things and finding things to criticize about myself. not giving myself time to do things I enjoy. Making things obligatory and filled with pressure.
There is another point. It's to do with not entirely allowing yourself to sort of 'delve into' your 'inner space'. There is in some way this idea that you shouldn't or aren't supposed to. That life needs to be pressure and 'hard work' and pushing yourself.. Like a belief that this part of you is 'wrong' somehow. Not so much not being 'worthy', more like you've kept a lid on this part of you because you perceive it as 'wrong'
